At NextGenAiCourse, we aim to provide high-quality online learning experiences. This policy outlines the conditions for cancellations and refunds for our courses and programs.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@NextGenAiCourse.com within 7 calendar days of purchase.
A full refund may be granted only if the course content has not been accessed or started.
Once course materials have been opened or the user has attended any live session, the course is considered “in use” and becomes non-refundable.
In special circumstances (technical errors, duplicate payments, or system issues), refunds will be reviewed case-by-case.
If you decide not to continue with a course after the refund period, your access will remain active until the end of the enrollment period, but no refund will be provided.
